11:15AM - Lunch at LHS (provided by the boosters) Noon - Load the buses and depart for Littleton HS 1:30 PM - Body Warm Up 2:00 PM - Music Warm Up 2:30 PM - On Deck 2:45 - Perform! 3:00 - Back to Trucks and Buses - Get out of uniform and go watch bands 4:15 - Drum Major Retreat Finals begin at 5:45 - Performance time for finals will be determined by Prelims performance Prelims Performance Schedule We will return to LHS after finals awards. This will be around 10:30 PM. We will unload and go home ASAP. Sign Up to Volunteer - There is a separate section section to help out both prelims and finals. 4:40- Depart 5:30- Arrive and unload 6:00-6:25- Body warm up 6:30-7:00- Music warm up 7:05- On deck/pre-stage 7:15- Perform and be incredible!!! 7:30- Load truck 8:00- Band loads buses 8:15- Buses depart 8:45/9:00- Arrive at LHS/unload 9:15 - Go home! 8:45 - Awards ceremony (Drum Majors only with Melaragno) Performance Schedule Volunteer to help out Littleton Stadium has a lot of ground to cover - we will need all 30 of those Bengal Backer spots filled to help carry everything from the warm up/parking comes to the field and back. Parking is always tough. Plan to arrive early! September 28th, 2017 7:30 PM Jeffco Stadium (6th and Kipling) Future Bengal Regiment Night with Creighton Middle School 6:00 - Load the Truck 6:30 - In Half Dress (Show Shirts, Black Socks, Shorts) 6:45 - Leave for stadium 7:30 - Game Starts (perform 1st quarter, warm 2nd quarter) Props/Bengal Backers/Hospitality arrive around 7:15 8:00ish - Halftime (Perform and be awesome) After halftime we will have hot chocolate and cookies with Creighton MS Band Kids We will load during 3rd quarter and leave at the beginning of 4th quarter. 9:15/9:30 - Return to the school and unload Volunteer to Help Out at the Game Saturday, October 7th NAAC Stadium (Hwy 93 & 64th) 8:00 – Arrive for Rehearsal – Stretch (Eat a good breakfast before you get to LHS)
9:50 – Snack and Half Dress 10:20 - Leave LHS 10:50 - Arrive at NAAC Stadium (Highway 93 and 64th) 11:00 - Prep for Warm Up – Bengal Backers and Prop Parents should arrive to the truck by this time, Food parents can also arrive to the RV to help prep for lunch after the performance. 11:30 - Body Warm Up (12:00 Pit Warm Up) 12:15 - Music Warm Up 12:50 - On Deck 1:00 - Perform and Be Amazing! 1:15 - Back to Buses to change 1:30 – Lunch at RV 2:15-4:15 - Watch Bands (sit together as a group please) 4:15 - Prelims Awards and Announcement of Finalist Bands Finals Competition begins at 6:00. If the band makes Finals, we will know around 4:30 and a new schedule will be distributed including updated dinner times. Volunteer Signup – we will need plenty of people to help with Bengal Backers, Props, and Hospitality. We are only allowed 30 helpers total on the field – they will get a wrist band to push on to the field. If you are doing multiple jobs, please make sure you sign up for both on the volunteer list. Beth will have wristbands at the event. PLEASE NOTE – WRIST BANDS ONLY GIVE ACCESS TO THE STADIUM TO PUSH THE BAND ON TO THE FIELD, THEY WILL NOT GET YOU IN TO THE STANDS. This wrist only lets you in to help push, it does not give you access to the stands. Tuesday, September 19th 2017 5:15 PM Jeffco Stadium (6th and Kipling) 3:30-4:45 – Rehearse at LHS – Pit/Props Load 4:55 – Load Bus at LHS – we will go in shorts and show shirt/dinkles 5:10 – Arrive at Jeffco Stadium – Head to Stadium to watch bands – Watch Arvada, Alameda, D’Evelyn, Standley Lake, Conifer (food parents should arrive to the stadium now to help prep for dinner) 6:30 – Dinner at Buses (Hospitality parents arrive at 5:45 to help prep) 7:15 – Unload truck and get in to half dress (Bengal Backers/Prop Helpers should arrive to trucks for unload and moving props to stadium) 7:55 – Warm Up 9:00 – Gate 9:15 – Perform and be Incredible! 9:30 – Pit and Bengal Backers – Load trucks, rest of band and guard stay in stadium for awards 9:30 – Awards 10:00 – Return to School Ticket prices – Available at the Front Gate $10 for adults $7 for Students Volunteer to help out – we will need plenty of people to help with Bengal Backers, Props, and Hospitality.
